Location and Parking

Location
My office is located in downtown Decatur across the street from Decatur High School and not far from the Decatur MARTA station. There is a “Thrive Center for Psychological Health” sign in front of my building.

Parking
Due to parking restrictions in the City of Decatur, the parking spaces behind our office building are reserved for therapists and for persons who are mobility impaired.

We suggest the following options:
Park along N. McDonough. This is City of Decatur pay parking ($3.35/hour) at a meter or using the Park Mobile App. If you would like assistance setting up Park Mobile, please let me know and I will gladly help. Once enabled, it automatically detects your “zone” and payment is simple. You can add minutes as needed from your phone.

Park along E. Howard Avenue, Church Street, or E. Maple Street. Parking is free and is available for up to 2 hours. E. Howard Ave is a one-way road accessible via Church St or E. Trinity.

Bike or walk if you are able! This can be a nice way to decompress before and after your session.

Other Information

Entry to the building requires a door code, which will be given to you prior to your first scheduled appointment when the invitation to the client/patient portal is sent. Please be sure to keep this code private and secure.

For Emory students, the office is accessible through Emory’s Cliff Shuttle service, which drops off at the Decatur Marta Station. The office is a short walk from there. Agnes Scott College is also a short walk away.

My office is handicap-accessible through a separate entrance. Upon scheduling your first visit, please let me know about any special needs or preferences, and you will be given instructions about where to enter the building.Tahoe, CA 96150
